So, here are some characters I found on the web while surfing

They are from a parralel world from Gensokyo called Wonderland

Malice Margatroid, an equivalent to Alice Margatroid from a parallel world to Gensoyko; a magician, master at puppeteering; this girl came in contact to a world called "wonderland" which hid tremendous darkness under it's beautiful foliage. The darkness corrupted the magician, and along anyone who'd touch the wetched world's ground, and turned her into an eery and dark character, multiplying her abilities and strength.

Akachi Yakumo, the Queen of Wonderland, was once the Yukari Yakumo of Gensokyo's parallel world "Wasurekyo". She is the mastermind behind all the "Wonderland" incidents on Gensokyo, and also brought calamity to Wasurekyo by breaking the Hakurei border, allowing humans to enter. Wasurekyo is now a battlefield, a war of races, where the outsiders are winning. The three heroines of that land, Reimu's, Marisa's and Sakuya's parallels, have all disappeared. The parallel of Sanae has been killed. And all of this because of Yakumo Akachi. She has tremendous powers, a lot of spellcards and easily one thousand servants under her control. She can freely manipulate Wonderland's infection and anyone who is infected. She lives on her palace, heavily guarded and surrounded by a giant maze garden, which is surrounded by a lake.

Yomi Konpaku, a Hannya that visited Hakurei Shrine to challenge Hakurei Reimu but eventually she lost to her.... Reimu spared her and made Yomi her maid, also she can manipulate body and age

Achi (Fire) Cirno, A modest, intelligent fairy. Doesn't like to show off; prefers to be a listener and analyze the situation, and when the time is correct, turn into a speaker. She may seem quite cold due to her seriousness, but she may open to certain people. When it comes to love, she tends to be a "casanova" and get in a relationship with even 4 people at the same time. Sometimes she ticks off when someone dares to say she's wrong. A quite powerful fairy, shouldn't be bothered, even if her hostility is greatly low
